- The DOCM file is opened by LibreOffice. Fonts it does not have are replaced, so line and page breaks can differ a little from the program that made the file.
- Macros in the document are not run and are not kept.
- The result is one HTML file with its pictures built into it.

Will the HTML look the same as the DOCM?
The text and structure are kept: headings, lists, tables, bold and italic. Exact page layout, fonts and spacing may differ, because HTML is flowing text, not fixed pages.
