- The MOBI e-book is converted by calibre. Copy-protected (DRM) e-books cannot be converted: ConvertKitty does not remove DRM, so use books you have bought without it or that are free of it.
- The EPUB e-book is made by calibre from the text, headings and pictures of the MOBI file; a cover is not created.
